What is Caterpillars?
Caterpillar define as the wormlike larva of various insects, especially of a butterfly or moth. Caterpillars are very beautiful insects comes in different colors, sizes and shapes. Some Looks at her with disdain, see it as a kind of worms and it caused the destruction of plants and crops, but the majority sees it as stage before the appearance of a beautiful butterfly.
This magnificent creature is a complement to the wonderful picture of nature in the spring and can not be a complete picture without those wonderful butterflies and moths.
Strangely enough, the difference in shape between Caterpillar (butterfly's baby) and the grown butterfly and moth after the transformation process, the famous saying in English literature refers to this large difference "there is nothing in a caterpillar that tells you it's going to be a butterfly".
The most important feature of caterpillar is slow movement, this factor in favor of good image quality, slow movement allows photographer to equip his cameras and location as he pleases to take the snapshot of the appropriate intensity of sharpen and proper angle with wonderful background.

Generally, there are over 140,000 species of Butterfly and Moth (Order: Lepidoptera) in the World. They include some of the largest and most beautiful insects to some of the smallest and most easily over-looked. Caterpillars are the main feeding stage (the larval stage) in the life cycle of butterflies and moths. This stage usually lasts from about two weeks to a month, and is the longest life stage for many Lepidoptera (butterflies and moths). Caterpillars have a segmented body consisting of a head, a thorax (with three pairs of jointed legs with hooks), and an abdomen (usually with five pairs of stumpy prolegs). Its primary function is to eat and grow in preparation for pupating.
